Enterprise Certification Revamp (Owner)

January 2020 - Current Day

Historically, the Enterprise Certifications (also known as the Advanced Certs.) historically had a reputation of being an extremely daunting task in a COS's career. In addition--it had not been updated for OBO, Service Hub, new product updates, etc. In early 2020 I paired up with Chase Jenkins and was given full ownership in the fall of 2020.

COS Tips & Tricks Monthly Email (Owner)

December 2019 - Current Day

The wonderful marketing tips email (created by Holly Stevents) has had a change of ownership---and a facelift!

With the goal still being to give you all tools and soundbites to use with your customers to help their businesses grow, these emails will now include sale, service, and strategy-related topics as well.

Tips and Tricks Teach Backs (DRI)

  • 2 hours, 21 minutes of dedicated time

We (Courtney Melo & I) are empowering the members of the COS team to knowledge share and promote ongoing education each month. Our goal is to roll this out globally so we can all prioritize professional development and grow better as we deliver world-class onboarding to our customers!

Specific duties:

  • Brainstorm/research specific topics that align with role core competencies.
  • Assist in prepping/outlining slide decks.

COS Mentorship

  • Since June 2020

As it was important for me to align in projects/roles that have to do with teaching back,  this was another natural move for me to make in my career. I am currently mentoring Brendan Quinn--one of our newer members coming from Customer Support. I was able to assist on Brendan getting Pro certified in less than 2 weeks; he is currently working with his first handful of Marketing Pro customers and working on his strategic/consulting skills on the marketing side of HubSpot.
